Challenges
Prior to working with Unica, deltaG had run campaigns on Google and Facebook to drive direct to consumer sales. There was some traction with Google, generating sales at $214 CPA (0.75x ROAS) and little to no success with Facebook, which had CPAs above $400. Our goal was to implement campaigns across all Google channels to generate more sales, support brand growth and lower CPA to $50-$100 range.
Strategy
Unica fully restructured the Google Ads account, tripling revenue within the first month while improving the ROAS by 2x. By month 6, revenue had increased 1000%, and ROAS continued to climb. On Facebook, the original CPAs of $400+ were brought down below $100 (the stated target) and continued to improve to $60 within 3 months.
